The Thrive Leadership Experience is SoCal Spa Wellness Collective’s first-ever retreat, created for spa and wellness leaders who are ready to grow both professionally and personally. Set in beautiful Laguna Beach, Thrive offers a chance to step away from the demands of everyday leadership and intentionally reconnect, recharge, and gain fresh perspective.
