  • Gina Jacoby

    CO-FOUNDER

    Gina Jacoby-Clements is a sales executive and industry connector with more than 30 years of experience in the spa, wellness, and beauty industries. After beginning her career as a professional makeup artist and owner of two day spas, she went on to lead sales and help scale prominent beauty brands, including Napoleon Perdis, HydroPeptide, and La Bella Donna.

    In 2016, Gina founded Revenue of Inspiration, a brand consulting agency that empowers spa professionals and beauty founders through strategic sales, distribution planning, and business development. She later co-founded BRAND [UNCOVER], connecting emerging beauty and wellness brands with top-tier buyers across spa, retail, and lifestyle channels.

    Gina is also the co-founder of the SoCal Spa & Wellness Collective, a purpose-driven community centered around education, authentic connection, collaboration, and shared growth. Her belief that leaders thrive when they feel supported and inspired is at the heart of the Thrive Leadership Experience.

    Fun fact: Gina’s love for old-school rap is rivaled only by her love for her four adorable fur babies—Evelyn, Ali, Marty, and Ray.

  • Pamella Kerley

    CO-FOUNDER

    Pamella Kerley is a spa and wellness industry leader with more than 20 years of experience in spa operations, education, leadership, and event production. She served as Director of Training and Development for several companies before becoming the Associate Campus Director for Pima Medical Institute. She has also served as a spa director and massage therapy program director. Drawing on her experience as a spa director, Pamella founded Spa Collab to address the needs and perspectives of spa leaders and decision-makers. She later founded Esti Collab from the perspective of a solo practitioner, creating a dedicated space for independent estheticians. An ISPA Ambassador and longtime industry educator, Pamella is passionate about building community, elevating the guest experience, and creating events that inspire collaboration and growth.  

    Fun fact:  Pamella is known among friends as the “Craft Queen”—give her a glue gun, a roll of ribbon, and a vague idea, and she will turn it into an entire themed experience.
