The Thrive Leadership Experience is SSWC’s first-ever retreat, created for spa and wellness leaders who are ready to grow both professionally and personally. Set in beautiful Laguna Beach, Thrive offers a chance to step away from the demands of everyday leadership and intentionally reconnect, recharge, and gain fresh perspective. The retreat will blend inspiring conversations with leading authors and industry voices, meaningful self-development, restorative experiences, and plenty of time for connection and fun. From stargazing and puppy yoga to wine tasting, beach walks, free time in downtown Laguna Beach, and more.
